Terms and Conditions
Free Initial Consultation: We come to your home and get acquainted with you and your pets!
Keys: We require two sets of keys. One set is kept with your daily pet care professional and the other set remains at the main office in case of an emergency.
Forms Required: Each new client is required to fill out a Client Service Agreement, a Dog or Cat Profile and a Veterinary Release. Your signature will bind you to be fully responsible for any financial expenses that may be incurred if your pet gets ill or injured and needs medical attention during their care with Prance Around.
Payment: We reserve the right to discontinue services if payments are not made as scheduled. We accept cash and check only. Please make checks payable to Prance Around, LLC. If you choose to pay with a credit/ debit card, we will send a Paypal invoice to your email account from info@prancearound.com. There is a $35 fee for returned checks for insufficient funds. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Holiday Fees: We charge an additional $5.00 per visit on certain holidays. These holidays include, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and Day, Easter Sunday, Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Cancellation Policy: In order to not be charged for our services, please cancel your scheduled service at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
